The second quarter of 2024 has seen notable trends in the wellness app category on iOS in France. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top 5 apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound experienced a decline in all three key metrics. Revenue started at approximately $16K in early April and gradually decreased to around $4.9K by the end of June. Downloads followed a similar trend, starting at 10.8K and dropping to 3.8K. Weekly active users also declined from 21.4K to 10.3K over the quarter.

Sleep Monitor: Sleep Tracker showed a mixed performance. Revenue peaked at $5.5K in mid-May but fell to $1.4K by the end of June. Downloads saw a significant increase in mid-May, reaching 11.2K, before stabilizing around 3.2K. Weekly active users saw a peak of 9.7K in early June but declined to 7K by the end of the quarter.

RespiRelax+ maintained consistent download numbers throughout the quarter, hovering around 4K to 4.8K. Weekly active users remained stable as well, ranging from 6.7K to 6.8K.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner showed a steady performance in revenue, peaking at around $5.4K in late April and maintaining around $2.4K by the end of June. Downloads varied, with a peak of 5.7K in mid-April, before settling around 2.7K. Weekly active users saw a gradual decline from 38K to 32.2K over the quarter.

BetterSleep: Relax and Sleep exhibited a significant spike in revenue, reaching $7.4K in mid-June. Downloads peaked at 11.5K in early June before dropping sharply to 264 by the end of the month. Weekly active users peaked at 31.4K in early June but dropped to 15.8K by the end of the quarter.
